Alliance Tours was established in 2014 to provide the highest level of safe and reliable school bus transportation throughout New Jersey and the surrounding area.
We work tirelessly in our efforts to ensure parents have the peace of mind they deserve while entrusting their children’s care to us. Our number one priority is the Safety of the children we transport, and above all else, it’s the cornerstone on which we built our business. It is equally important that we ensure children arrive at school safely and on time so they can make the most of their academic day, each and every day.
We provide customer-focused school bus transportation during morning and afternoon hours to get students to and from school safely and securely. We also provide transportation services including but not limited to special needs, and field trip transportation, as well as summer and charter trips for districts and organizations across the Tri-State Area.

What we do....
Working with some of the largest public and private school districts, Alliance Tours has become a trusted transportation partner for schools. Alliance Tours provides safe, dependable, and cost-effective transportation solutions for schools, including in-town, out-of-district, special needs, and charter services. Schools can also benefit from savings enabled by ride-sharing.
Safety is a top concern when transporting students. Drivers participate in intensive state-mandated training and all vehicles meet federal and state regulations. All of our drivers are equipped with two-way voice data units for instant communication and each vehicle is outfitted with GPS for immediate tracking. Our route optimization software can help determine the quickest routes and ensure less travel time for students.
Alliance Tours has the same driver on the same route each day. This ensures that the driver becomes familiar with the route, policies, and procedures and helps the children feel secure seeing the same face every day. Drivers are supported by an expert team of professionals including a dedicated dispatcher and a Safety Manager. Our staff meets every month to review all current State of New Jersey motor vehicle regulations and emergency procedures.

Bus Driver
NJ State law requires all School Bus Drivers have a Commercial Driving License (CDL) are drug tested & background checked prior to hiring.
Alliance Tours is looking for CDL-licensed friendly and DEPENDABLE drivers to transport kids from elementary to high school grade levels to and from school. They also commonly take school sports teams and other groups on trips. Along with their transportation duties, bus drivers commonly assume other roles in the school district. Applicant must possess a Good/Clean driving record (No Accidents will check MVR) The ability to work independently, be punctual, have a stable work history, Retirees are welcome. Must enjoy working with special needs children of all ages and speak FLUENT ENGLISH – and have a general knowledge of the Essex/Union/Sussex county roads.
Bus Attendant
The Bus Attendant’s job is vital to the school’s smooth operation. If scholars are noisy, disruptive, and physically dangerous on the bus, that behavior can transfer into the classroom. Although our Bus Attendants do not come into the school building very often, it is important that we all communicate closely with each other, and that Bus Attendants understand how important they are to the school’s success, and to the scholars’ success. As an Alliance Tours Bus Attendant, you protect and serve our scholars to and from their homes. Most important is managing behavior, to provide the driver freedom to operate the school bus safely by creating a positive and safe transportation environment.
Attendants must pay careful attention to the scholars’ safety and behavior. All scholars should know the Bus Attendants assigned to the bus, and the Bus Attendants should know all the scholars assigned to the bus.
